About these terms

These terms cover this website and The Good Part's channels (@itsthegoodpart), operated by Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. ("we", "us"). Clip Bot, the tool we use to produce and publish clips, is an internal tool. It is not offered to the public, and no one outside our team can sign in to it or use it.

Our clips

Our clips feature material created by others. We share it with permission, for example through creators' clipping programs, and credit the original creator. All rights in the original material belong to its owners. Clips made as paid partnerships are labeled as such.

Rights holders

If you believe a clip uses your material without permission, or you would like a clip changed or removed, email aureliansyndicate@gmail.com with a link to the clip. We will review it promptly and remove it where appropriate. You can also use each platform's own reporting tools.

Platform terms

Watching our content on a platform is subject to that platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, and the Facebook Terms of Service.

No warranties

This website and our clips are provided "as is", for entertainment. Opinions expressed in clips belong to the people speaking in them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or our content.

Changes, governing law, and contact
